Digital goods are NOT eligible for refunds. All watermarks will be removed before final delivery. Physical items are ALWAYS brand new and in good condition before shipping. Clothing items are NOT eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. 

Check body measurements/clothing sizes before buying clothes. Returns are accepted 7 days from delivery with EMS (Express Mail Service) Shipping ONLY. Item must be unused, undamaged and in its ORIGINAL packaging, all accessories intact; tags still attached, disposable seal, manuals, warranty cards, etc. Cash will be reimbursed within 14 days from date seller was notified and confirmed receipt of goods as okay. GIFTS attached to items MUST BE RETURNED in good condition. PROVIDE courier name, shipping/tracking number and specific reason for return. Include invoice/receipt along with package. Orders placed cannot be cancelled before receipt of item by Seller.
